What kind of change a RacingChangeEvent reports. A STABLE vocabulary owned by Nexus, deliberately not raw column names: those would make the database layout part of the contract with downstream consumers, so a rename would silently break them. Consumers MUST ignore kinds they do not recognise — new kinds are added additively.
