Object type

A coaching-staff appointment — a temporal individual↔team link for a COACH or MANAGER (Team Staff & Squad Management, Phase A; DB team_staff_memberships, migration 205). Operator-authored only (no upstream feed). endDate: null = the current appointment. One active MANAGER per team is enforced by a partial-unique index.
