A season of a competition (provider Tournament level — ATP “2026”, NBA “2014/2015”, an F1 calendar
year). Net-new shared type: the EnetPulse sports need seasons as first-class rows because stages and
standings hang off them. Projected from a competitions child row (parent_id → template, season set).
